Court Level User Group Review

In Step 4 of the IT Governance process, Court Level User Groups (CLUGs) review requests related to their court level that have been endorsed.  CLUGs are made up of users representing different roles within a court level.  The CLUG uses the information provided by the Requestor and Endorser along with the results of the AOC analysis to evaluate requests. They will apply common filters and scoring criteria to evaluate each request independently (to see scoring criteria, click here) , then rank and prioritize all requests under consideration for that group.  The results of the Recommend stage will either approve or decline the request unanimously, or if there is a split decision it will move the request forward to the JISC with the pros and cons.

Court Level User Groups (CLUGs):
Appellate Court CLUG
Superior Court CLUG
Courts of Limited Jurisdiction CLUG
Multiple-Court Level CLUG
AOC – for requests that fall outside of the scope of the other Court Level User Groups
