What is the Business Problem or Opportunity

Natural is running on an unsupported version. We need upgrade Natural to a Supported Version

The 8.2.4 version is supported until 12/31/2024.

We are currently upgrading to Natural 8.2.4, but need to start the process of upgrading to the newer version of Natural, which they call NaturalONE.

We need to get the Legacy support unit engaged to determine sizing. The infrastructure portion will be the same as normal.
