If we do not upgrade, we risk falling out of Hyland's active support window, which can limit our access to critical security patches, bug fixes, and technical assistance. Additionally, we will miss out on key productivity and usability improvements introduced in newer versions, such as responsive forms, enhanced workflow tools, and modern integration options. This could hinder our ability to support evolving business needs, reduce user satisfaction, and delay adoption of future-ready technologies like AI-driven content intelligence.
