Hi Gary,
To clarify, each option in the NAR form maps to a distinct sub-form. The NAR interface is essentially a wrapper around eight different forms used for different purposes (e.g., add, modify). Adding a new option in the selection menu would therefore require developing a new sub-form and integrating it into the NAR workflow (UI, validation, routing, and backend updates).

Thank you, Masoud, for the quick reply. Just adding this additional choice I would think would be a modification to the existing form and now considered creating a new form to require an ITG. That's just my opinion, of course. ??

Thanks for flagging this. If we need a new form for “Supreme Court or Court of Appeals Judge, Employee, or Extern,” it will need to go through my manager and an ITG submission first. Once that's approved, I can begin development. The original request for this form didn't include the option you mentioned.
I recently had to modify a user. They got married and last name changed. So, I had to submit a NAR and use the Modify an Existing User selection under "2- Select which type of network access is needed" section. When you choose Modify, there is no option to select "Supreme Court of Court of Appeals Judge, Employee, or Extern" like when you choose "Add." That choice needs to be added to the Modify path. Thanks.
