|
In JIS when you search for a case number without fully qualifing it (where you have not also entered LEA and case type in the search fields), if the "more than 1 case met the selection criteria" window pops up, it only shows case number, LEA, and jurisdiction.
It would be helpful and save time for the user to have the associated Defendant names (to each case) display as well.

Having the defendant names that are associated with each duplicate case number would save the users time from guessing and having to drill down into one to see if they have the person/case they're needing. Granted, if you have a case file in hand you may already know which case is the correct one, but that isn't always the situation, having the names display should allow the user to quickly identify the correct case without further searching.
