CLJs use the Case Review Report to identify cases to review for compliance with specific conditions of sentence.
Excluding warrant cases from the Case Review Reports would allow CLJs to prioritize the review of active cases.
A significant portion of CLJs do not review for compliance if the case has an warrant -- an indication that the defendant is currently out of compliance with at least one condition of sentence.
Allowing court users to exclude warrant cases from appearing on this report (or, at a minimum, including a warrant flag on the printed report) will provide immediate benefit to CLJs.
