What is the Business Problem or Opportunity

DOL is implementing its new DRIVES System roughly on the same schedule as KCCO and KCDC are leaving JIS and need to access DOL services that they formerly accessed through AOC systems. DOL has decided that AOC should be the sole contact point for provision of its services to the courts, so AOC needs to determine how to provide DOL services to non-JIS courts. These services are License Search, Driver Status, and ADR XML.

Expected Benefit:

Non-JIS courts have access to DOL services critical to their operations.
