What is the Business Problem or Opportunity

We are requesting a uniform method to accept E-filed documents through an integrated system with Odyssey DMS/DCM that would be facilitated by AOC.

Expected Benefit:

Parties will have the ability to file dcouments electronically without the need for the Clerk to print out the documents to integrate them into Odyssey. E-filing will reduce the number of indivuals that enter the courthouse to file hard copies which results in more overall productivity from staff. This alternative to in person filing will also increase the access to justice for many indiivuals. The ability to accept E-filing will streamline operations, and it will put us in a better position to transition to a paperless file system.
