Changes to available data for select courts in Legacy JIS-Link:

Some Washington courts are using new systems to manage their case information. Because of this change, their data is not available in the Legacy JIS-Link System.

Data in Legacy JIS-Link is not available for the following courts:

  • Asotin District Court
  • Cheney Municipal Court
  • Columbia District Court
  • Douglas District Courts
  • East Wenatchee Municipal Court
  • Franklin District Court
  • Garfield District Court
  • Tacoma Municipal Court
  • Fircrest/Ruston Municipal Court
  • Whitman District Court
  • Colfax Municipal Court
  • King County Superior Court
  • King County District Court
  • Spokane Municipal Court
  • Seattle Municipal Court
  • Kitsap District Court

Records for these courts can still be accessed through the updated web version of JIS-Link or by contacting the court directly.

Participants' Addresses and Minors' Dates of Birth
are not available to public users.
This includes via terminals available for public use in courthouse lobbies.

Case Docket and Court Records
JIS-Link provides access to case information including the case docket. The case docket may list documents filed in the case. JIS-Link does not display case documents. To view case documents, contact the court in which the case is filed.

Account Termination
An account more than 15 days in arrears will be terminated without notice. Prior to reinstatement of a terminated account, the subscriber must reapply for service, pay the full amount due, and pay the non- refundable installation fee.

An account not accessed for more than 365 days will be terminated without notice. Prior to reinstatement of a terminated account, the subscriber must reapply for service, pay the full amount due, and pay the non- refundable installation fee if applicable.

The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) provides JIS-Link to access display-only district, municipal, and superior court information. JIS-Link is a fee-based subscription service that requires registration.

A subscriber pays a charge of $0.14 1/2 (.145 cents) per transaction (execution of a command). A command is executed each time the user tells the system to respond. There is a minimum monthly charge of $13. If a subscriber has no transaction charges for the month, no charges will be billed. If transaction charges are less than $13, the subscriber will be billed $13; if transaction charges total $13 or more, actual charges will be billed with no additional charge.
