Judge Larrainzar may write about his experiences with Sonya both as a lawyer and a judge. The letter’s content should be based on the judge’s personal knowledge and observations. The judge may recommend Sonya be readmitted to the Bar based on her personal knowledge of her competency and/or contrition for the acts which led to disbarment. The letter should make clear that the recommendation is personal to the judge and does not constitute the views of other members of the bench.
