Judge Edward Harris presided over an original action which was the basis of the malpractice claim against Sadie Kahlo.

Sadie’s malpractice insurer settled the claim over her objections and then canceled her errors and omissions policy. Judge Harris is of the opinion that Sadie handled the case in the original action competently.

Sadie has asked Judge Harris to write a “To Whom it May Concern” on her behalf to assist her in obtaining a new errors and omissions policy.
