Yes. CJC Canon 4(C) permits the judge to serve on this board because it is devoted to the improvement of the law, the legal system and the administration of justice.

The judge is also permitted to assist the organization in fundraising planning and may help in the management and investment of funds, but is not allowed to personally solicit funds. (Opinion 94-6)
