The foundation has asked Judge Sung to appear on an informational video as one of several persons speaking on behalf of its program. Those who appear on the video will be identified by name and title. They will be present along with former members of the board as well as others involved in the work of the foundation. Judge Sung’s segment would identify the judge by name and title. He would not appear in robes or in court but would be taped in chambers with law books in the background. Judge Sung will say that he would not be in the legal profession or have his judicial position but for the opportunity to diversify the legal profession provided by the foundation.
