King County Superior Court Launches New Website at www.metrokc.gov/kcsc

SEATTLE-On Wednesday, February 21st, King County Superior Court officially launched a new website with valuable information on the operations of the courts.

Housed on the King County Government's website, the direct address to the court site is www.metrokc.gov/kcsc.

Information available on the site at this time includes the following:

  • General information on courthouse locations, directions, hours of operation, and matters covered by Superior Court;
  • List of judges' names, bailiffs, courtrooms, and phone numbers;
  • List of Court departments and phone numbers;
  • Juvenile Court web page with information on types of cases, probation and diversion services, detention, and at-risk youth and CHINS petitions;
  • Frequently asked questions;
  • Information for jurors such as how jurors are selected, requirements of jury service in King County, how to reschedule jury duty;
  • Link to the Clerk's office for information on fees and forms.

The site will also be linked from the Washington Courts homepage, located at www.courts.wa.gov.
