Signage for "Assault in the Courthouse is a Felony"

The AOC has approved two versions of the sign to be posted in the courthouse in accordance with RCW 9A.36.031 as amended by Ch. 256, Laws of 2013 effective July 28, 2013. The longer version includes wording as regards the aggravating circumstance for sentencing purposes.

Please check with your prosecutor to determine which sign to use in your courthouse.
