IDENTIFYING INFORMATION IN PROFESSIONAL LICENSES

Provides that social security numbers and drivers' license numbers may not be used as part of a professional license. Professional licenses containing such information that are in existence on the effective date of this section shall comply with this section by the next renewal date.

Those portions of records of public agencies containing specific unique vulnerability assessments or response plans intended to prevent or mitigate criminal acts of terrorism are exempt from public inspection and copying, if the public release has a substantial likelihood of threatening public safety.
