The Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) currently owns the Computer Associates (CA) Clarity Project Portfolio Management (PPM) application. The intent of this Request for Proposal is to procure vendor assistance in installing and configuring the Clarity PPM application in our development, test, and production environments, and training AOC staff in the administration and utilization of the application.
