Civil Legal Needs Study

The Washington State Civil Legal Needs Update Committee through the Office of Civil Legal Aid is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) for a research contractor(s) to undertake an informed, objective, statistically and methodologically sound and cost-effective update of the 2003 Washington State Civil Legal Needs Study (2003 CLNS).
