The following Guardian Program Proposed Rules Published for Comment in May 2025 have a comment period which expires on April 18, 2025.

Reg 500 Disciplinary Regulations


Within the proposed regulation revision, additions and deletions are indicated by underlining and lining out respectively, except where the entire regulation is new.

Unless otherwise noted, all comments should be submitted to the Guardian Program by either U.S. mail or email. Comments should be received no later than the end of the comment period. Comments may be sent to the following addresses: Guardian Program, Administrative Office of the Courts, P.O. Box 41170, Olympia, WA 98504-1170, or emailed to guardianshipprogram@courts.wa.gov. Comments submitted by email may not exceed 1500 words.
