Criminal justice training, incident reporting system, county prosecutor training, increase payments to the Commissions contracted food service provider, funding to WA Assoc. of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs, training and electronic mapping of schools.

Alcohol & Substance Abuse- provide treatment of people gravely disabled by drug and alcohol abuse. Replace ½ of the lost federal drug court funding and provide drug and alcohol treatment for SSI recipients.

Juvenile Rehabilitation- Distribute to county juvenile court administrators to process truancy, children in need service requests and at risk youth petitions.
