Alcohol & Substance Abuse- provide treatment of people gravely disabled by drug and alcohol abuse. Replace ½ of the lost federal drug court funding and provide drug and alcohol treatment for SSI recipients.
Juvenile Rehabilitation- Distribute to county juvenile court administrators to process truancy, children in need service requests and at risk youth petitions.
