Washington Courts Login: Retrieve Lost Password

If you cannot remember the password you used with your email address, and you are NOT a JIS-Link Client, contact Customer Services.

Tell Customer Services that you are NOT a JIS-Link Client, and provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your daytime phone number (so we can call you if needed)
  • What resource you are trying to access
  • Your email address

If you are a JIS-Link Client, contact your JIS or JIS-Link Coordinator to verify your UserId and/or to reset your password.
