Washington State Child Support Schedule Calculator

The Division of Child Support (DCS) of the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) created the Washington State Child Support Schedule Calculator. The calculator will help you create a set of Washington State Child Support Schedule Worksheets for establishing child support obligations up to September 30, 2009. Worksheets are required when you are a party to the entry of a child support order.

This version of the calculator is based on the Washington State Child Support Schedule laws found in Chapter 26.19 RCW and the worksheets and instructions developed by the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC). This is NOT the current version of the worksheets and should NOT be used when establishing a new child support order. The on-line help is meant as a guide but is not a substitute or change to the statutory definitions and requirements contained in Chapter 26.19 RCW.

Use the calculator to estimate the amount of child support that may be ordered in your case. It is advisory only. The superior court judge, court commissioner, or administrative law judge has the final authority to determine the amount of child support ordered.

The calculator is a tool meant to assist you. Your result depends on the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide.

DO NOT USE THIS CALCULATOR If you are establishing a new child support order. It does not comply with the changes made to the law under SHB 1794, effective October 1, 2009. This version of the Child Support Schedule is available only for establishing child support obligations up to September 30, 2009. Please continue to check back after the first of the year for a version of this calculator that complies with SHB 1794.
