Judge Anne M. Cruser

Judge Anne M. Cruser was appointed to the Court of Appeals, Division Two, by Governor Jay Inslee in February, 2019.

Prior to serving on the Court of Appeals, Judge Cruser served as a superior court judge in Cowlitz County. As a lawyer Judge Cruser practiced for nearly twenty years as both a trial and appellate lawyer. Before joining Cowlitz County Superior Court Judge Cruser served as the senior attorney in the appellate division of the Clark County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Judge Cruser made many appearances as an attorney in both the Court of Appeals and the Washington Supreme Court.

Judge Cruser lives in Kalama with her husband and three children. She and her family enjoy skiing and spending time in our national parks.
