Judge Robert W. Winsor

Judge Robert W. Winsor was born in Mitchell, South Dakota.

Judge Winsor received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Minnesota. From 1954 to 1972, he practiced law privately, focusing on family law. In 1972, Governor Dan Evans appointed Judge Winsor to the King County Superior Court, where he served for 15 years. In 1987, Judge Winsor was elected to Division One of the Court of Appeals. He served on the Court of Appeals until his retirement in 1990.
