If you are not filing the form in-person, the County Clerk will require you to verify your identification with a scanned copy of photo identification.

To revoke your voluntary waiver of firearm rights: At least seven days after you filed your waiver with the Clerk, you may file a revocation of the waiver with the County Clerk in the same county in which you filed your waiver.
