Yes, CJC Canon 7(B)(2) provides that candidates shall not use or permit the use of campaign contributions for the private benefit of themselves or members of their families.

Candidates are required to comply with all public disclosure laws.

RCW 42.17.125 permits the repayment of loans made to the campaign. (Opinion 96-1)

There are no limits on the amount of money that a candidate may contribute to his or her own campaign. However, there are limitations on the dollar amounts which can be repaid to the candidate. WAC 390.05.400.
