Yes, Canon
4(A) permits Judge Hughesl to host the radio show because
it is concerned with the law, the legal system and the administration
of justice. This activity however, may not cast doubts on the
judge’s capacity to decide issues that will come before
her.
Judge Hughes may not, while a proceeding is pending in any court,
make any public comment that might reasonably be expected to affect
the outcome of a case or interfere with a fair trial or hearing.

Judge Hughes should not speculate on what the law should be and
should not participate in a manner that would constitute giving
legal advice. (Canon 5(F))
The show must be consistent with upholding the integrity of judicial
office.
