Welcome to Cultivating Cultural Competency! My name is Vince and I'm here to help you with this course.
There are actually two parts to this course - the on-line course and the Follow-Up Guide. You should complete the on-line course individually and then meet in small groups facilitated by your manager to work through the lesson in the Follow-Up Guide. Your manager may choose to conduct the follow-up lessons after all the on-line units are completed or your manager may choose to have you meet and work through a follow-up lesson after a unit is completed.
