1998-1 In RE The Matter of Commissioners' Motion Docket

      The efficient performance of the court's functions and the proper administration of justice require that the procedures by which the court's commissioners handle motions as adopted in this court's General Order 91-1 be modified as follows:

     ORDERED effective September 1, 1998,

1. Selected motions on merits, whether initiated by this court or a party, may be considered without oral argument.
4. Provisions of the rules of appellate procedure in conflict with the above modification are waived. RAP 1.2(c).
5. All other provisions of General Order 91-1 remain in effect.
