GENERAL ORDER 2003-2
IN RE COURT TRAVEL

RCW 2.06.040 provides that the court “may hold sessions in cities as may be designated by rule.”  The applicable rule, CAR 4, provides, in pertinent part:

The regular sessions of each division of the Court of Appeals shall be held at the headquarters, or at such other locations within the division as may be designated by order of the Chief Judge of the division.

            In accordance with this rule, it is hereby

ORDERED that, at the direction of the Chief Judge, sessions of the Court of Appeals, Division II may be held outside its Tacoma headquarters at other locations as the public interest warrants.
