TIME ALLOTTED FOR ARGUMENT )  

 

Rules of Appellate Procedure 11.4(a) and 17.5(d) provide that each division of the Court of Appeals define the amount of time each side is allowed for oral argument.

IT IS ORDERED:

Each side in an oral argument before a judicial panel is allotted a maximum of 15 minutes.

Each side in an oral argument on a motion on the merits before a commissioner is allotted a maximum of 15 minutes.  All other motions scheduled for oral argument before a commissioner are allotted a maximum of 10 minutes per side.
