Personal Restraint Petitions with Concessions

In the interests of judicial economy, and pursuant to RAP 1.2(c) and RAP 18.8(a), an acting chief judge performing a preliminary review of a personal restraint petition under RAP 16.8.1 or reviewing a response under RAP 16.11 may grant relief for any issues conceded by the State and remand those claims to the superior court without the need to refer those conceded issues to a panel of judges.
