1982-1 In Re The Matter of Settlement Conferences, Suspension of RAP 5.5

     Recently enacted budget reductions have severely impacted this Court's ability to continue its existing level of judicial services. The undersigned have determined that the Court is no longer economically able to continue the civil settlement conference process. Based on this determination, it is no longer necessary that parties to civil cases comply with RAP 5.5. It is, therefore

     ORDERED that as of July 1, 1982, parties to civil appeals in this Court no longer need file either civil appeal statements or responses thereto. This suspension of RAP 5.5 shall continue until further order of this Court.
