Pursuant to the legislative policy of confidentiality of juvenile dependency proceedings as expressed in RCW 13.34.110 and RCW 13.50.100, and pursuant to unanimous agreement of the judges of this Division that steps be taken to assure anonymity of the juveniles involved in dependency proceedings, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Clerk shall recaption all appeals from dependency proceedings by using the juveniles' initials instead of their full names.
