Whether in sentencing a defendant whose record includes three or more prior offenses for which he served concurrent sentences, the court in computing the offender score may aggregate some but not all of the prior offenses. See RCW 9.94A.360(6)(a).
Whether the Governor may veto a subsection of a bill if that subsection repeals an entire section of an existing statute. Whether the Governor may veto a portion of an appropriations bill placing conditions on an appropriation, and if so, whether that action vetoes the appropriation itself.

Whether a guilty plea is invalid if the defendant is unaware that the crime carries a mandatory period of community placement in addition to any prison term.
Whether the juvenile court, upon convicting a juvenile under 15 of a sex offense, has discretion under RCW 9A.44.140(2) and (3) to exempt the juvenile from sex-offender registration within two years of the conviction.
