SYNOPSIS: Whether the verdict of aggravated first degree murder and sentence of death should be upheld based on these and other issues: (1) whether the death sentence is proper if the jury's findings did not clarify if the defendant either personally committed the murder or was an accomplice to the crime; (2) whether the trial judge erred by not admitting the co-defendant's confession into evidence; and (3) whether a defendant may be held liable as an accomplice for the crimes of his co-defendant if the defendant did not have knowledge of those specific charges crimes.
