SYNOPSIS: While maintaining his innocence, Wayne Baines pleaded guilty to charges that he assaulted Piety Clark.  Subsequently Clark brought a lawsuit seeking damages for the assault.  Baines argues Clark’s actions amount to malicious prosecution.
