SYNOPSIS: Eugene Allen Gregory was convicted of three counts of first degree rape for the rape of one woman. He was then convicted of aggravated first degree murder for the rape, robbery, and murder of another woman. For the murder, Gregory received a sentence of death. Gregory now appeals the conviction and sentence in each case.
