SYNOPSIS: Mr. Sales filed suit in Washington, and the trial court dismissed under the forum non conveniens doctrine after finding that Arkansas state court was a more convenient forum.  Did the trial court err in not conditioning the dismissal on Weyerhaeuser going forward in Arkansas state court and not removing the case to federal court?
