SYNOPSIS: The Supreme Court must decide whether the trial court abused its discretion in granting a motion to withdraw the defendant’s guilty plea. The defendant did not disclose his prior juvenile convictions at the time of his plea. When they were ultimately discovered, the defendant’s offender score and minimum jail sentence required under the law increased. |
