SYNOPSIS: Unruh sued Cachiotti, her orthodontist, saying Cachiotti’s application of braces to her teeth was negligent.  The trial court dismissed the lawsuit because it was not timely filed.  The Court must decide whether to reverse the trial court’s decision.
