SYNOPSIS: The plaintiffs brought a class action lawsuit against Global Client Solutions and Rocky Mountain Bank & Trust in federal court, alleging that the two companies violated Washington’s Debt Adjusting Statute.  The federal court asked the Washington State Supreme Court to consider four questions about Washington’s Debt Adjusting Statute.
