Charge
Identify specific steps the judicial system can take to reduce the numbers of unserved and outstanding warrants. Identify impediments that lie outside the control or authority of the courts. Coordinate policy decisions, required by HB 2799, to allow courts to process warrant cases originating in another court. Estimate financial impact and responsibility for a coordinated, statewide approach to handling warrant cases, including payment of court ordered fines and fees.
