This exhibit consisting of 5 pages will be admissible ONLY if the court denies the defendant’s motion to suppress. If the motion is granted, then this exhibit shall not be used in the trial. In the event the motion to suppress is denied and the exhibit is ruled to be admissible, then either party may move to admit one or more of the pages of the journal, subject to the opposing party’s demand that all pages must be admitted together as one exhibit. Such demand shall be ruled upon by the court in its sole discretion.
