Order for Protection - Harassment Change the form title from "Order for Protection from Unlawful Civil Harassment" to "Order for Protection - Harassment." Add "DOB" for petitioner and respondent in the caption. Some antiharassment protection orders provide protection from a person who has committed a violent or threatening act. Possible instances include stalking, a sex offense or domestic violence. In addition to those three situations specifically mentioned in Chapter 10.14 RCW pursuant to Chapter 117 L 2002 amendments, other situations may include 2nd degree assaults. The protected persons in those cases are eligible for full faith and credit protection. The following changes based upon 18 U.S.C. §§ 2265 and 2266(5). Add the following optional paragraph 1: 1.  Full Faith and Credit: This order is issued to prevent violent or threatening acts of harassment.
