The table, below, contains a summary
of the 2003 changes to the mandatory Domestic Relations pattern forms.The changes include 2003 Legislative updates,
updates of 2002 Session Law citations to RCW citations and approved recommended
changes to the forms.
Additionally, the new form
Declaration Re:Foreign Judgment, which
is available for use in all civil cases, is included with the mandatory
Domestic Relations pattern forms for ease of access.
