Order for Protection   On the first page, in the paragraph beginning with “Based upon the petition…..,” insert the following after “the court finds” and before “that the respondent committed domestic violence…”:   “…that the respondent’s relationship to the petitioner is:   spouse or former spouse  parent of a common child  current or former cohabitant  parent or child  In-law  blood relation other than parent or child  current or former date.  The court further finds…”
