The Pattern Forms Committee approved the following recommended changes to the Sexual Assault Protection Order forms in coordination with the publication of the new form instructions, which are available to download from the Courts' Website at, http://www.courts.wa.gov/forms/?fa=forms.contribute&formID=65:
