These enhanced listing reports provide a substantial amount of information on each case identified as “languishing.” A languishing case meets all of the following criteria.

(1) The case is identified as pending resolution and/or completion as of the most recent pending caseload report;

(2) The case is not on review;

(3) The case has not been completed during the time period between the most recent pending caseload report and the creation of the enhanced listing report(s); and

(4) The case has no future calendar setting date.

The pending caseload with dispositive documents report includes information on those cases with at least one dispositive entry in the docket. The enhanced pending caseload listing report provides information on those cases without a dispositive docket entry.

These reports can be generated from the SCOMIS reports menu, and are based on the most recent extract of pending cases (i.e., from the last execution of the pending caseload summary reports). Given the amount of information per case on this report, it will be necessary to select only one case category per report.
