Pending caseload summary reports are automatically generated for all SCOMIS counties statewide on the third Tuesday of each month. This summary report contains seven separate reports which document the case status of all historical pending cases as of the last day of the previous month. A single county pending caseload summary report for any given date can be generated at any time from the SCOMIS reports menu. Whenever the pending caseload report program is executed, the extracted pending cases are written to a Research & Information Services database for use by the detailed listing reports.
